I really enjoyed the CPD offered by the EMA project. The training was practical, clear and related to current research. The trainers were receptive to questions and eager to help make the training applicable to my setting. As a result of the training I was able to set up modules of work, try new ideas and engage children in novel exciting ways. As I continued with this project I developed it into a module of work which less skilled staff can now access and teach, so the impact of this CPD has been huge. I really enjoyed the training and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone interested in developing their teaching in a relevant and accessible way.
